In the past few years, we have worked with different realtors from Nothnagle, hunt, Remax in Rochester area but none of them can compare to Chris in terms of responsiveness and process expertise. We tried several buyer agents before but we ended up not using any one of them because they are slow to respond, and not care if you really buy a house or not. If I could, I will give him 7 stars on responsiveness because he really satisfies our needs. We are very aggressive buyers that see houses 3 days a week and whenever we send Chris a list, he will setup most if not all of them in 2 days. Looking at houses with Chris is a pleasure since you will know everything good or bad about this house.
