About Christina White

I have been a part of the wonderful world of real estate going on 10 years! I have the pleasure of working with clients from all walks of life. My focus has been credit preparation that not only helps them get to the end result of obtaining a mortgage to purchase a house, but also to help make each of them more productive and successful human beings.

 

I am a Rochester native, so I love the community I sell homes in. I have a specific liking for the Maplewood area of Rochester. I love the area because of the make up of the classic colonial styled homes and because of the prestigious schools such as Aquinas, community aesthetics such as The Rose Garden, and all the historic churches. 6 years ago, I earned a seat to represent this very area on the Monroe County Democratic Committee. As part of this community, I give Maplewood a voice! In the last year I have had the honor to speak with many school board members, and councilman as well as vote on local issues concerning the Rochester Community.

Out of all the things that real estate brings being able to walk alongside our clients as they step into the attorney’s office to sign closing documents at the closing table has been a motivating force for me! I get to see them transition from nervous uncertain clients to prepared and confident first-time homeowners. I’m especially grateful for those clients that are first generation homeowners. They have never seen it done but knew how important it was to break generational curses.

Over the last eight months I’ve assisted in forming the first ever GRAR Black Caucus. I am proud to say we have collectively come up with a mission and vision to promote the advancing of Black home ownership, educate, and provide a platform for success of other Black agents in the greater Rochester community.

 

In the next year I will continue to attend trainings and obtain as much education as possible. This continued education will allow me to be more equipped to assist our clients. I look forward to continuing the journey and helping to shape the Rochester community!
