About Eric Franklin

Eric remembers it like it was yesterday when he first called Christopher Thomas about representing his wife and himself as their Real Estate Agent during their home buying process in 2010. They were excited but needed guidance. The relief they felt knowing that Chris and his wife Ty Thomas would be assisting them during the process was comforting. That’s the reason he join the New 2 U homes team in 2017. He realized that there are a lot of individuals that just need some direction as they once did. His firsthand experience is what pushes him to help others along their real estate journey, if you’re buy or selling.

 

Rochester NY is the only place he has called home. He was born and raised in the 19th Ward, so he has no problem navigating through that area in regards to helping individuals who are interested in residing there. Wilson Magnet High School, The Boys and Girls club, University of Rochester, Brooks Landing, S.W.A.N. and numerous churches add to the popularity for the area. However, through his experience Rochester has a lot to offer in many areas including the surrounding suburbs, as he has done some traveling in those areas to help his clients find their perfect home.

 

Although every client’s home journey is different, he takes great pleasure in helping motivated individuals achieve their dream of home ownership. The New 2 U homes motto “From Credit to Close” encompasses everything that he provides for his clients during the process.
